FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: user interface management method involves providing on a display a plurality of selected user interface elements, detecting selection of a specific element among said user interface elements, for the selected element, displaying on said display a plurality of selected and problem-oriented options, wherein each such option is associated with a defined function of a defined application, wherein at least one option is associated with a second application, and said display of a plurality of options is performed without launching said second application; detecting selection by said user of a specific option among said options, and calling the function associated with said specific option.
