PURPOSE: A high-pass use system using a portable terminal is provided to save the sum used for a high-pass terminal by removing an additional terminal installed on a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A high-pass use system using a portable terminal includes a portable terminal(30), a tollgate module(20), and a manager module(10). The tollgate module communicates with the portable terminal to check a tollgate ID and receive a charge. The manager module manages the checked charge and the issued ID from the tollgate module. The portable terminal communicates with the tollgate by using Bluetooth.
