The architecture has a heat sink (30) mounted on a counterweight mass and synchronously rotated with a tool shaft (13) and comprising fin parts (31, 32) arranged corresponding to balancing parts (21, 22), respectively. The heat sink comprises a connecting part (33) for connecting the fin parts such that the heat sink draws air through an inlet (12), transmits the air from one of the fin parts to the other fin part and evacuates the air from the latter fin part during rotation of the tool shaft.
