PURPOSE: A fringe field switching mode array panel for a liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce driving voltage by minimizing the parasitic capacitance between a data line and a common electrode. CONSTITUTION: A fringe field switching mode array panel for a liquid crystal display device comprises a gate line formed on a transparent substrate, a gate insulation layer formed on the gate line, a data line(130) which defines a pixel(P) area by perpendicularly crossing the gate line on the gate insulation layer, a TFT(Tr) which is formed on the intersection area of the gate line and the data line, a pixel electrode(138) which is formed on the pixel region by touching with a drain electrode(136) of the TFT on the gate insulation layer, and an etch stopper(145) which if formed on each pixel area on a first protective layer. |
