PURPOSE: An accounted water rate increasing system associated with charge management system is provided to rapidly and efficiently measure the exact flow rate by obtaining read flux information and interfacing with the existing charge management system. CONSTITUTION: An accounted water rate increasing system associated with charge management system comprises: a charge management system for managing the inspected flux information; a block monitoring control system(120) for collecting, analyzing, and controlling the information collected from flux/water pressure remote sensing control devices in a real time fashion; an accounted water rate and water leakage analysis system(130) for calculating a flux change rate, a flow rate and a leakage rate using the inspected flux information; an operation terminal for Human Machine Interface (HMI) for receiving the user operation and outputting the results.
