<p>The accessory (1) has a central receiving part (6) for receiving an electric cable. An assembling part (7) assembles the accessory in a retaining groove (3) of a telescopic element (2). The assembling part is provided with a base portion and a widened and flattened head. A bearing surface (8) is supported against the telescopic element when the head is retained in a housing (3a) of the groove, so as to immobilize the accessory along the telescopic element. A movable part is connected to a portion of the accessory by a thinned wall forming a hinge-film.</p>
