PURPOSE: An installation structure of a suction motor for a vacuum cleaner is provided to prevent air inside a motor chamber from being discharged to the outside by coupling an upper support member with a sealing member to the top of the motor chamber. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure of a suction motor for a vacuum cleaner comprises a suction motor(130), a motor chamber(160), a main body, a motor chamber cover, an upper sealing member, and a lower sealing member. The suction motor generates air. The motor chamber has a housing space for the suction motor and is placed in the main body. The motor chamber cover covers the top of the motor chamber. The upper sealing member is inserted between the motor chamber and the motor chamber cover and seals the motor chamber. The lower sealing member is formed between the motor chamber and the main body and prevents dust leakage.
