PURPOSE: An apparatus for selecting wireless access method in a femto base station is provided to improve power efficiency in an RAT(Radio Access Technology) femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(12) receives available RAT information of a terminal. A measuring device(13) measures channel state quality information of RAT included in the available RAT information of the terminal received from the receiver. A controller(14) selects a RAT which performs communication with the terminal using the channel quality information of the RAT. A transmitter(15) transmits the selected RAT to the terminal.
