PURPOSE: A light stone composite panel is provided to minimize size change and to enhance construction convenience. CONSTITUTION: A light stone composite panel(100) comprises: a honey comb core(110); first and second prepreg(FRP)(120,125) which is prepared by dipping and drying resin; an adhesive layer(130) which is formed; and a stone layer(140) which is placed on the upper portion of the adhesive layer and is adhered with the first prepreg. The first and second prepreg is prepared by dipping epoxy, phenol, melamin, unsaturated polyester, or urethane resin.
