PURPOSE: A cement mortar quick setting strength admixture is provided to ensure excellent coagulation property and early strength property, stable phase stability, and long storage property. CONSTITUTION: A water soluble acryl polymer composition comprises 180~220 parts by weight of acrylic monomer, 180~220 parts by weight of functional monomer, 30~50 parts by weight of copolymerizable monomer, 520~560 parts by weight of deionized water, 2~12 parts by weight of nonionic emulsifier, 0.8~1.5 parts by weight of polymerization initiator, 0.8~1.5 parts by weight of polymerization accelerator and 3~5 parts by weight of neutralizing agent.
