PURPOSE: A repair and reinforcement device of a structure using a screw type pressurizer is provided to repair and to reinforce a structure by transferring uplift force generated by a pressure device to a structure through a brace, thereby applying uplift force and prestress to a structure. CONSTITUTION: A repair and reinforcement device of a structure using a screw type pressurizer comprises: a pressurizer(110) attached to one side of a column of a structure to generate upward pressure force by a pressure device provided with a roller member and a worm gear; a bearing device(160) fixed to the lower side of a beam(104) to transfer compressive force, transferred by a brace, toward a beam; and a brace(170) connected to the bearing device and the pressure device by a hinge and connecting the bearing device and the pressure device to operate together.
