PURPOSE: A shifter is provided to transfer light sources without damage by fixing light sources used for an organic deposition layer with the arms of a fastening unit. CONSTITUTION: In a shifter, a connecting member(700) is arranged in front side of a cylindrical body(600). A first shaft(800) is arranged in the inner side of the cylindrical body. The first shaft makes the connecting member protruded to the outside of a hole. A second shaft pushes the firs shaft from the inside of the cylindrical body.
