PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict viewing action by learning a viewing action model in consideration of time series from a viewing log representing the content of viewing operation of a user. SOLUTION: In the information processor 1, based on the viewing log that is time series data transmitted from a remote controller 3, the viewing action model that is a stochastic state transition model obtained by modeling the viewing action of the user is learned. When the user performs a predetermined viewing operation after the learning, the viewing action of the user on a predetermined future time is predicted by use of the viewing action model, and information on a program broadcasted on a channel predicted to be selected by the user is displayed on a display device 2.
