PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy of the relative positions of both sides of an engagement hole, and also increase the accuracy of the relative positions of the engagement hole and an arm part. SOLUTION: The structure of a lock member which is installed in a lock box 11 and rotated by an operating force input thereto through a cylinder lock 13 and the connection piece 15 of a thumb-turn includes: a top joint core 29 which has an engagement hole 19 engaged with the connection piece 15 on the inner peripheral surface and a rotation restricting projection 23 projecting from the center of the outer peripheral surface and which forms a shaft part 27 by the outer peripheral surface on both sides of the rotation restricting projection 23; a top joint plate 35 which is installed by a mounting hole 31 formed inside the center of the outer peripheral surface of the top joint core 29 so that the relative rotation thereof can be restricted and which has an arm part 33 projecting toward the outside of the radius of rotation; and a click spring guide 41 which has a spring seat 37, and which is rotatably connected to the arm part 33, and onto which one end 39a of a click spring 39 is inserted while coming into contact with the spring seat 37.
