<p>A method, a system and a home location register for mobile communication process ESTABLISHING are provided by the present invention, and the method includes: the home location register receives a request message from the mobile switching center of a first network, wherein the request message is used for requesting the position information of a user; the home location register returns a response message to the mobile switching center of the first network, wherein the response message carries the network pass number of a second network; the mobile switching center of the first network establishes communications with the mobile switching center of the second network with the response message. The invention realizes the function of the dual network single standby service with a single number, especially for voice calling service and short message service. By the present invention, the user can realize a cross-network and cross-operator seamless roam with a dual-mode terminal, the network quality can be improved, and the cost of the operators is further reduced. In addition, the operator can also apply the function to provide various flexible network services and operation services.</p> |
