PURPOSE: An organic semiconductor low molecule containing hetero atom ring compounds or aromatic compounds is provided to improve electrical characteristic of a transistor. CONSTITUTION: An organic semiconductor low molecule contains an aromatic compound or hetero atom ring compound of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, Ar is an aromatic ring compound containing yeast or hetero atom. An organic thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode, gate insulation layer, organic active layer, source electrode, and drain electrode. The organic active layer contains an organic semiconductor low molecule. The organic active layer is formed by screen printing method, spin coating method, or ink spraying.
