<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein improved in human antibody-binding affinity, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a protein obtained by connecting a plurality of polypeptides each comprising the whole sequence or roughly whole sequence of human FcγRI extracellular region; a polynucleotide encoding the protein; an expression vector containing the polynucleotide; a transformant obtained by transforming a host with the vector; and a method for producing a protein improved in a human antibody-binding affinity, using the transformant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
