An oscillation compensator for a laterally oscillating transverse pick-up unit (2) of a pick-up baler for gathering hay, straw or the like, which consists of the fact that at the front, centrally with respect to the pick-up baler, an oscillating transverse frame is articulated about a substantially horizontal longitudinal axis, the pick-up unit (2) being associated with the two sides of the frame by means of sliding elements that allow vertical relative movements, and that elastic means (10), suitable to reduce the load on the wheels of the pick-up unit, are fitted on the two sides between the frame and the side walls of the pick-up unit. <IMAGE> |
