<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing manufacturing device and a roller bearing manufacturing method for easily arranging a plurality of rollers in a groove, when manufacturing a groove-shaped roller bearing. <P>SOLUTION: This roller bearing manufacturing device includes a roller supply passage for abutting on an inner ring, supporting the inner ring so that the axial direction runs along the horizontal direction, connected to the groove on an inner ring support surface and in an upper part of the inner ring supported by the inner ring support surface and supplying the plurality of rollers to the groove from above the inner ring, and a roller guide surface oppositely arranged to the groove and introducing the plurality of supplied rollers downward along the groove by abutting on an outer peripheral surface of the plurality of rollers. A space for inserting an outer ring from the other end side in the axial direction, is arranged on the other end side in the axial direction in a connecting part between the roller supply passage and the groove and on the other end side in the axial direction of the roller guide surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
