PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film drawer capable of drawing a film web without the generation of flapping of the same and capable of easily changing sheet length of a film sheet when the film web is cut to make the film sheet. SOLUTION: The film drawer includes a gripper 16 conducting the constant length draw of the film web W corresponding to the most portion of the sheet length of the film sheet along a draw passage 8, a cutting and preliminarily drawing unit 18 preliminarily drawing the film web W to compensate the insufficient sheet length and making the tip end position of the film sheet constant on the draw passage 8, and a linear actuator 32 reciprocating the cutting and preliminarily drawing unit 18 along the web supply passage 4 and thereby changing the cut position of the film web W becoming the rear end of the film sheet.
