PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for soybean paste is provided to manufacture soybean paste fermented materials without contamination of various germs, and to improve a subtle taste and a luscious taste of the soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for soybean paste comprises the following steps: sterilizing pulverized soybean powder in purified water with a ratio of 1:3~1:10 respectively; fermenting a sterilized liquid mixture with a koji mold; fermenting fermented liquid with natto; fermenting the fermented liquid with yeaste; and culturing Aspergillus oryzae in Potato Dextrose Broth at a temperature of 28~38°C. |
