<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and assembling power generation system using natural energy, which can utilize natural energy of both wind power and sunlight, is convenient for conveyance, and is simply assembled. <P>SOLUTION: The portable and assembling power generation system using natural energy includes: a support leg body 102 constituted to be foldable and extendable; a wind power generation means 111; a photovoltaic power generation means 201 in which foldable and deployable photovoltaic power generation panels 201 are boxed; and a boxed control part 211 incorporating a battery charged with output of power generation by the wind power generation means 111 and a photovoltaic power generation means 201 and supplying electric power to a load. The wind power generation means 111 further includes: a wind turbine part 112 having a wind turbine shaft 115 of a vertical axis type, a plurality of blades 113 of vertical blade type, and a folding/extension arm part using a plurality of arms 117; and a generator 1 generating power by a rotative force of the wind turbine part.
