<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve the operability in moving and displaying a cursor in a display control device for moving and displaying the cursor on display screens of various electronic devices. <P>SOLUTION: A display screen in a liquid crystal display unit 20 is divided into nine areas in a matrix of 3×3 in accordance with arrangement positions of numeric keys "1" to "9" arranged in a matrix of 3×3 to thereby set each area DL, DC, DR, CL, CC, CR, UL, UC, UR. Since the cursor (pointer) K is jump-moved to and displayed in a screen position area associated with numeric key operation in [1: screen position movement] mode, the cursor K can be quickly moved by one key-touch operation only by operating a numeric key associated with a desired screen position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
