PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience in electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment can prevent the user from erroneously operating operation buttons 18a to 18c or operation keys 20a to 20i which nullify an operation from the user by making LEDs 40a to 40l located at the back of the operation buttons 18a to 18c or the operation keys 20a to 20i which are operable in accordance with an operation mode, that is, and make an operation from the user valid, to be a light emitting state.
