PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking structure of an inwardly-collapsible folding container and an SN container capable of preventing any positional deviation. SOLUTION: The folding container 1 includes shorter side wall parts 3 turnably supported by short side parts of a bottom wall part 2 having a substantially rectangular plate shape, and long side wall parts 4 turnably supported by base wall parts 5 projecting upwardly from the bottom wall part 2 along long side parts of the bottom wall part 2. The SN container 81 includes a substantially rectangular base wall part 82, a peripheral wall part 83 extending upwardly from the outer peripheral edge of the base wall part 82, and a support leg part 87 projecting outwardly from the peripheral wall part 83 and extending vertically. A positioning part 91 is formed on the upper surface of the base wall part 5. A lower face of the support leg part 87 abuts on the upper face of each base wall part 5 by stacking the SN container 81 on the folding container 1 in a folded state. A base wall part 82 is advanced through a pair of base wall parts 5. The support leg part 87 (a second support leg part 87b) abutting on the upper face of the base wall part 5 abuts on or substantially abutting on the positioning part 91 in the extending direction of the base wall part 5.
