摘要 <p>A monitoring and motion simulation system for stamping automatic production line is connected with a press machine tool (1) on the stamping automatic production line (8) and a workpiece transportation device (2) through signal lines. The press machine tool (1) is provided with a press machine tool moving component speed sensor (5), and the workpiece transportation device (2) is provided with a workpiece position sensor (4) and a workpiece transportation speed sensor (6). The computer of the said system is provided with a hard disk memory which stores a monitoring and simulation software for stamping automatic production line. The system uses virtual environment technology and the field device to achieve information communication, and can monitor the actual position and real-time movement trend of each moving object on the production line. The manufacturing process of the production line can be simulated in a virtual environment aiming at an automatic program for a stamping part. The data is saved and uploaded to a control system, so as to replace the actual debugging process, and realize remote monitoring and debugging via industrial Ethernet.</p>
