READOUT APPARATUS AND DIGITAL X-RAY DETECTOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A readout device and a digital X-ray detecting apparatus are provided to get a high quality image while reducing the generation of noises. CONSTITUTION: The first switch is serially connected to a signal transducer(110) which converts the X-ray signal into an electric signal. A capacitor is serially connected to the signal transducer and stores the converted electric signal. The second switch is serially connected to the capacitor. The third switch is serially connected to the second switch, and connects the second switch to the first reading IC, for reading the electric signals stored at the capacitor, or the ground.
