PURPOSE: A conductive composition is provided to improve durability such as UV resistance, heat resistance and wet resistance as well as an antistatic property. CONSTITUTION: A conductive composition comprises a conductive polymer. The conductive polymer is a polypyrrole-based conductive polymer. The composition comprises a hardener. The composition further comprises a polyester-based binder resin. A conductive sheet includes a base film and a hardened coating layer of the composition formed at one side or both sides of the base film.
