PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a second member to rotate 360 degree or more relative to a first member in a linking mechanism having three parallel links. SOLUTION: A link mechanism A is configured to satisfy two following conditions. When the respective side portions of a first link 3 and a second link 4 contact with each other in a third direction perpendicular to a first rotation axis line C1 direction and the longitudinal direction of the first link 3, the first link 3 is spaced apart from the second link 4 in the first rotation axis line C1 direction. When the first link 3 and the second link 4 contact with each other in the first rotation axis line direction C1, the respective side portions of the first link 3 and the second link 4 are spaced apart from each other in a third direction.
