PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device with an imaging unit, which can be manufactured at low cost and can converge light of sufficient light quantity to an imaging unit, wherein an image of a user opposed to an image display part can be obtained easily. SOLUTION: An image display device with an imaging unit has: an image display unit 10 in which a plurality of pixels including light-emitting elements are arranged; a light transmissive sections 30 provided respectively to the plurality of pixels; an imaging unit 20 arranged at the back side of the image display unit 10; and a converging means 21 converging light passed through the plurality of light transmissive sections 30 to the imaging unit 20.
