PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal copolymer having high heat stability and achieving remarkable stiffness. SOLUTION: The polyacetal copolymer is obtained by copolymerization of (A) 100 pts.wt. of trioxane, (B) 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a cyclic ether compound which can be copolymerized with the trioxane, and (C) 0.005-20 pts.wt. of an allyl ether compound represented by structural formula, wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents 2-20C alkylene or substituted alkylene, or 2-20C polyalkylene oxide, R<SP>2</SP>is 1-12C alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl or halogen, n is an integer of 0-5, R<SP>2</SP>may be the same or different when n is ≥2.
