The present invention relates to an adipose tissue transplant syringe. The adipose tissue transplant syringe comprises: a syringe body including an inner space, an inlet disposed at one end to receive adipose tissue containing liquid, an opening disposed at the other end, and an outlet disposed at a position of the opening so as to expose the inner space; a piston part including a piston plate making contact with an inner surface of the syringe body, and a piston rod extending from the piston plate through the opening to the outside of the syringe body; and a filtering part disposed between the end of the syringe body and the piston plate such that the filtering part can be moved along the inner surface of the syringe body upon an inflow of the adipose tissue containing the liquid, so as to filter the liquid from the inflow of the adipose tissue. In addition, the present invention relates to an adipose tissue distribution apparatus including the adipose tissue transplant syringe. Therefore, according to the present invention, pure fat can be extracted from adipose tissue containing liquid, and such pure fat extraction can be performed using a plurality of syringes for obtaining various predetermined amounts of pure fat, respectively.
