The method involves modifying the winding angle after the completion of the winding of a fiber layer that covers a winding core (2) in a partial manner. The change of the winding angle is so selected, that the area of the turning zone of the winded fiber layer with the area of the turning zone at the most directly overlaps before winded fiber layer, when both turning zones lie outside of the area. The area forms the hollow body after completing the process. The winding angle is changed so wide that the friction between the fiber tracts and between the fibers. An independent claim is also included for a product with a lateral area.
