PURPOSE: An aid for negative training of a bench press is provided to more effectively build muscle in a short period by utilizing the maximum power of the muscle. CONSTITUTION: An aid for negative training of a bench press is constituted as follows. When a user lifts a bench press using the power of a motor, the motor rotates and compresses a spring by turning the spring. The movement length of the bench press is measured through a sensor. From a specific spot, more power is used to pull the bench press since the bench is inclined to be lifted by the compressed spring.
