<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely report a touch position (depression position) by touch operation which is the touch operation of a touch panel in operation on an application such as a game operation. <P>SOLUTION: Depression of a display screen 13A by the touch operation of the touch panel by a player P is received, and when the depression of the display screen 13A is received, a depression position which is a depressed position on the display screen 13A is detected, and after receiving the depression of the display screen 13A, whether the depression state of the display screen 13A is ended or not is determined.
