<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sulphide solid electrolyte materia capable of obtaining a sulphide solid electrolyte material having a Li<SB>4</SB>P<SB>2</SB>S<SB>6</SB>crystal phase and moreover superior in Li ion conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the sulphide solid electrolyte materia comprises a preparing process for preparing a raw material composition, having a composition capable of forming a Li<SB>4</SB>P<SB>2</SB>S<SB>6</SB>crystal phase, and a compounding process for performing a mechanical milling method or a melting-rapid cooling method on the raw material composition and compounding the sulphide solid electrolyte material having Li<SB>4</SB>P<SB>2</SB>S<SB>6</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
