<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device capable of preventing congestion of blood even in the case of continuously measuring blood pressure without switching a measuring site, and a blood pressure measuring program. <P>SOLUTION: The blood pressure measuring device that continuously measures the blood pressure by maintaining the arterial volume constant uses a predetermined site as the measuring site. The blood pressure measuring device detects, as a low-pressure control target value, a value based on an arterial volume signal at a low cuff pressure lower than the pressure in equilibrium with the internal pressure of the artery (step ST6). The blood pressure measuring device performs servo control of an adjusting unit so that the value of the arterial volume signal coincides with the detected low-pressure control target value (step ST8), and determines, as a relative blood pressure, the cuff pressure when the difference between the value of the arterial volume signal and the low-pressure control target value becomes a predetermined value or less during a servo control period (step ST10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
