PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a medicine for swine atrophic rhinitis (AR). SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a medicine for swine atrophic rhinitis comprises: (1) a step of culturing Bordetella bronchiseptica dermonecrotic toxin-producing Escherichia coli obtained by a gene recombination technique; (2) a step of collecting and purifying the dermonecrotic toxin which is expressed in a soluble state from a liquid of crushed bacterial cells as described in (1); (3) a step of detoxifying with formalin the dermonecrotic toxin as described in (2); and (4) a step of forming the detoxified dermonecrotic toxin as described in (3) into a preparation.
