PURPOSE: A touch panel integrated LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to form a touch panel in the rear side of a substrate of a liquid crystal panel, thereby reducing the number of use substrates and optimizing the connection relation between the touch panel and driving units of the liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises a seal pattern and a liquid crystal layer. The first and the second electrode are corresponded within the seal pattern and are formed to be each other crossed on the rear side of the second substrate(200). A pad electrode for the touch panel is partly overlapped to the seal pattern in the rear side of the second substrate and passes the end of the seal pattern. A pad electrode for the liquid crystal panel is formed at the outside of the seal pattern on the first substrate(100). A COF(Chip On Film) (130) is connected to the pad electrode for the liquid crystal panel. A PCB (Printed Circuit Board) (150) for driving the liquid crystal panel is connected to the COF.
