SWEET TASTE RECEPTOR-EXPRESSING CONSTRUCT, CELL BODY OBTAINED BY EXPRESSING THE SAME AND UTILIZATION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweet taste receptor-expressing construct functionally stably expressing both of a sweet taste receptor (T1R2+T1R3) and a G-protein α-subunit in high expression efficiency, and to provide a stably expressed cell body obtained by expressing the expression construct.

SOLUTION: The sweet taste receptor-expressing construct is obtained by inserting each gene encoding sweet taste receptor subunits T1R2 and T1R3, and the G-protein α-subunit into the same plasmid. The cell body is obtained by simultaneously expressing the sweet taste receptor subunits T1R2 and T1R3, and the G-protein α-subunit by introducing the sweet taste receptor-expressing construct into 293 cell in which FRT (Flippase Recognition Target) sequence is incorporated into one position of the genome.
