PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag removing machine capable of efficiently raking and removing waste bags as well as waste brought into the machine. SOLUTION: A pipe 14 of which the air flow port 13 is opened is non-rotatively supported, flanges 16 are rotatably attached to both ends of the pipe 14 via a bearing 15, a large number of rods 35 are extendedly disposed between both the flanges 16 and on concentric circles to make a cage 36, and a roller 23 disposed on a link 22 with a rotation shaft 17 extendedly disposed between both the flanges 16 as a fulcrum rolls on a stationary plate cam 19 surface to thereby make a waste bag raking claw 25 rise and fall from the circumference of the cage 36 to efficiently remove the waste bags.
