PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage switch apparatus having a simple structure capable of creating an analog signal and a digital signal. SOLUTION: The two-stage switch apparatus includes a printed circuit board 2 having a first electrode 21 and a second electrode 22, a conductive dome 3 arranged on the printed circuit board 2, an insulating film 4 wherein a third electrode 42 and a fourth electrode 43 are formed, and a button actuator 5 arranged at an insulating film 4 side. The button actuator 5 has a conductive elastic body 6 projecting to an insulating film 4 side at a position corresponding to both the third electrode 42 and the fourth electrode 43. An analog portion is formed so as to lessen electric resistance by increasing an area of the conductive elastic body 6 in contact with both the third electrode 42 and the fourth electrode 43 in response to a pushed distance of the button actuator 5, and a digital portion is formed between the conductive dome 3 and the second electrode 22 by making the conductive dome 3 hollow by pushing the button actuator 5.
