PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components as compared to those in conventional types, in a folding electronic apparatus, wherein a first housing 1 and a second housing 2 are connected to each other via a two-axis hinge mechanism 3, and in a side part of the first housing 1, one or more operation buttons 16, 17 and a button holder 4 made of synthetic resin for holding the operation buttons are arranged, in a region covered with the second housing 2 in a closed state. SOLUTION: In the folding electronic apparatus, a stopper 41 for receiving the back face 22 of the second housing 2, when the second housing 2 is folded by keeping the back face 22 thereof close to a side part of the first housing 1, is projected to the button holder 4 by integral molding.
