PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet capable of not only removing fine dust but also securely capturing relatively large dust such as rice grains or bread crumbs without a risk of dropping once captured dust. SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet 1 includes a base sheet 2 and a cleaning surface forming sheet 3 joined to the base sheet 2. A large number of cut parts are formed on the cleaning surface forming sheet 3 so that tension is applied to the cleaning surface forming sheet 3 with the large number of cut parts, and cut part edges 5 are raised with the tension to form projections, and an opening 6 is formed between the cut part edges 5 and 5.
