<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fusion joint capable of holding a pipe to be connected in a slip-off stop state into a predetermined aligned fusion attitude even in a narrow place without using an exclusive large-scale clamping device and of being manufactured with high productivity while having no obstacle to the flow of a fluid inside. <P>SOLUTION: The electric fusion joint includes a joint body 1 having a socket 11 into which the end of the pipe P to be connected is inserted and electrically fused, and a slip-off stop part 2a integrally formed at the joint body 1, extended in plate or sheet shape from the inlet peripheral edge of the socket 11, having flexibility along the outer surface of the connected pipe P inserted into the socket 11, and gripped by a grip member 3a in a state of being held between the inner wall surface of a grip part 31 of the grip member 3a and the outer wall surface of the pipe P to prevent slip-off of the pipe P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
