PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition which is improved in rigidity and strength without being accompanied by significant reduction in tensile elongation. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition is obtained by blending 0.1 to 20.0 pts.wt. of a polyacetal copolymer crosslinked with a polyfunctional glycidyl ether compound as a nucleus agent with a polyacetal copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (A) 100 pts.wt. of trioxane, (B) 0.1 to 30 pts.wt. of a cyclic ether compound copolymerizable with trioxane, and (C) 0.005 to 20 pts.wt. of an allyl ether compound represented by structural formula. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>denotes a 1-20C polyalkylene oxide glycol residue, alkylene group, or substituted alkylene group; R<SP>2</SP>denotes a 1-20C alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group, allyl group, or a halogen or hydrogen atom; and n is an integer of 0-30.
