PURPOSE: A water preventing system of a drum washing machine is provided to wash two kinds of laundries at one time through two spaces of a washing tub. CONSTITUTION: A washing tub(10) is rotated by a rotary shaft(11). A groove(174) is formed in the side of the washing tub. Using the groove, the attachment and detachment of a water blockage plate(171) is possible. By inserting the water blockage plate, the washing tub artificially has two spaces. The flow of water of the space is completely secluded by the separation of the space by the water blockage plate . A water inlet(131) and a water outlet(151) within the washing tub is divided into two paths.
