PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, connection setting apparatus and connection setting program in which a connection between devices can be efficiently and reliably set. SOLUTION: The connection setting apparatus includes: a device registration unit in which first device information specifying a first information communication device and second device information specifying a second information communication device are registered; a physical connection port information acquisition unit for acquiring physical connection port information from a first information output port of the first information communication device; a logical connection port information acquisition unit for acquiring logical connection port information from a second information output port of the second information communication device; a display unit for displaying a mark representing the first physical connection port predetermined by the physical connection port information and a mark representing the second information communication device; a selection unit in which the first physical connection port and the second information communication device, which become opposite to each other in information communication, are selected in response to a selecting operation for the marks; and a correspondence registration unit for registering a logical correspondence, between the logical connection port and the first physical connection port, into the second information communication device.
