<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctions of a sense-amplifier circuit and an address buffer circuit and to accurately verify a written data. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a first transfer circuit 2 for transferring the output data of a sense-amplifier circuit 1 at a high speed, a second transfer circuit 3 for delaying and transferring the output data of the sense- amplifier circuit 1 by eliminating a high frequency component, the voltage detecting circuit 4 of a mode detecting means for generating output switching signals OC whose levels are different between the time of a normal read-out mode and the time of a program mode by detecting the change of a writing power voltage Vpp and a switching circuit 5 for switching the output data of the first and the second transfer circuits 2 and 3 by the output switching signal OC.</p> |
