PURPOSE: A bearing cover of a motor-driven power steering device for a vehicle is provided to block foreign materials from penetrating a bearing and an oval ring in a simple structure and at low cost since a disc unit, a rim unit and an anti-separation protrusion are installed. CONSTITUTION: A bearing cover of a motor-driven power steering device for a vehicle comprises a disc unit(3), a rim unit(5) and an anti-separation protrusion(7). The rim unit forms a surface perpendicular to the axial direction of a worm shaft. The rim unit is bent to one side of the disc unit on the edge of the disc unit to form a circumferential surface. The anti-separation protrusion is installed on the rim unit. The rim unit forms a number of deformed slots(15). The deformed slots are formed in the circumferential direction to divide the rim unit into a number or sections. Press-fitting protrusions(17) are formed on the circumferential surface of the divided sections.
